Founded in 2012 by Axelle Munezero and Martine Bureau, 100 Lux professionalizes and nurtures the local hip hop and street dance communities while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused space. From its home base at Espace Sans Luxe to its signature events, 100 Lux connects dancers, audiences, and artists across Montreal.

Espace Sans Luxe, located at 6502 Av du Parc in Montréal, serves as a community hub for freestyle sessions and creative practice. Through Festival 100Lux and Les Soirées 100Lux, the organization stages celebrated performances across renowned venues like Wilder Edifice (Édifice Wilder) and Place des Arts.
