1100 Springs fuses outlaw country with traditional country, rockabilly, and Red Dirt influence, shaping a distinctive Texas sound. Formed in Dallas in 1998 by Matt Hillyer and Steven Berg, the lineup evolved over the years with notable additions including Jordan Hendrix. The band built a dedicated following through energetic live performances, classic storytelling, and tight musicianship. After their public activity as Eleven Hundred Springs paused in 2021, the group reunited for a special show on February 1, 2025 at the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, signaling the enduring appeal of their roots-driven sound.
