A Rock School Scholarship Fund (RSSF) is the United States’ first 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to funding rock-music education for youths ages 7–17 and helping families access rock schools nationwide. Founded by Wendy Winks (Executive Director) and Carl Restivo, RSSF received IRS approval as a public charity in 2010, with the first fundraiser held the same year.
