Abraham Velazquez is a dynamic Latin artist whose journey began in the salsa cristiana duo David & Abraham, gaining attention across the Americas for their vibrant sound and spiritual lyrical focus. Transitioning to a solo career, Abraham released Enamorado (initial release in 2003 with reissues in 2007), followed by Enamórate (2004) and Por Ti (2007), which helped establish his foothold in Latin pop formats on chart systems. He continued to chart on Billboard Latin charts with hits like Amarte (a collaboration with Bethliza) and Todo Pasará (with Olga Tañón and Alex Zurdo). In 2018, he teamed with Bethliza again for Uno en Vez de Dos, contributing to a continued presence in the Latin music scene. Across the 2010s, Velazquez released Pistas (2012, a Gracias album) and Gracias (2011), with a prolific output that culminates in the 2025 Historia de Amor EP and multiple singles.
