Adamare is a unique DC-based performer known for a soulful blend of jazz, rock, and psychedelic influences, led by vocalist Claire Tucker. The project originated as a collaborative effort by six educators from E.L. Haynes Public Charter School—Claire Tucker, Giavanti Greenaugh, Alex Baron, Nate Harris, Joe Robinson, and Ben Byrd—an initiative highlighted by The Washington Post as a community-driven, teacher-led band. Adamare's sound sits at the intersection of intimate R&B storytelling and expansive sonic explorations, earning attention on local stages and streaming platforms.
