The Alexandria Harmonizers are a long-standing pillar of the barbershop and close-harmony scene in the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 1948 in Alexandria, Virginia, this TTBB a cappella ensemble has built seven decades of performance history, from Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center to appearances at the White House and the Supreme Court. They’re known for close-harmony arrangements spanning Broadway standards, contemporary pop, patriotic favorites, and collaborative sets with guest quartets. Since joining the Alexandria A Cappella Collective in 2023, the group continues to push artistic boundaries while keeping the classic barbershop sound front and center.
