Alice Gallagher is a distinguished American clarinetist, soloist, and educator known for a rich repertoire that spans Baroque to contemporary works. Her career began with a standout solo debut with the Boston Pops Orchestra at age eighteen after winning the Boston Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition. Trained at Juilliard and California State University, Fullerton, she brings a blend of rigorous technique and musical storytelling to every performance. Currently an Associate Faculty in Applied Clarinet at MiraCosta College, Gallagher remains deeply engaged in teaching while performing with local ensembles and as a sought-after soloist.
