Amadeus Concerts, Inc. began in 1980 as the Great Falls Music Society and later rebranded to bring intimate, up-close classical performances to the Great Falls and McLean communities. Based in Great Falls, VA, the organization curates a rotating schedule of chamber music, opera-themed events, and engaging talks that connect audiences with artists in unique venues. A hallmark of the series is its Sunday afternoon performances at 4:00 pm, often preceded by a 3:15 pm pre-concert talk and followed by a post-concert artist reception, creating a warm, welcoming environment for music lovers.

With a thoughtful leadership transition in 2025, Stephen Gorbos was appointed Artistic & Executive Director, guiding Amadeus Concerts into a new era while preserving the intimate concert experience fans expect. The 2025–2026 season showcases an Emerging Artists program and a calendar of chamber and opera-themed events hosted across venues in Great Falls, McLean, and nearby communities.
