Anchorage Civic Orchestra Tickets

The Anchorage Civic Orchestra is a proudly local, volunteer-driven ensemble that has been enriching Alaska's cultural landscape since 1988. With a roster of over 60 active musicians and a focus on accessible, interpretation-rich performances, the orchestra gives audiences in Anchorage and surrounding communities a chance to experience orchestral repertoire at its heart. Under the direction of Dr. Oleg Proskurnya since 2018, the ensemble blends rigorous preparation with the warmth of community-driven performance.

Rehearsals typically take place on Tuesdays, 7:15–9:30 pm at the Anchorage Lutheran Church (1420 N Street). This schedule keeps the group connected and ready to bring seasonal programs to the stage at prominent Alaska venues.

The Serial Holiday Concert on December 14, 2025, places the orchestra at Anchorage Lutheran Church, followed by the Winter Concert on March 21, 2026, and the Spring Concert on May 2, 2026, both at the Sydney Laurence Theatre and PAC.
