Based in Anderson, Indiana, Anderson Youth Ballet Theatre (AYBT) is a pre-professional ballet company that has been shaping young dancers since 1974. Founded by Lou Ann Young (1974–2017) and currently led by Artistic Director Jennifer Thiemet, AYBT offers a rich mix of classical ballets and original works, providing a bridge between student training and professional performance.
