Anne & Emmett is an award-winning one-act play that imagines an afterlife conversation between Anne Frank and Emmett Till. Written by Janet Langhart Cohen, with a musical score by Joshua Coyne and occasional narration, the production invites audiences to reflect on prejudice, resilience, and humanity. The project has been presented by multiple theatre companies and featured in humanities and outreach contexts, including NEH-related discussions and press from humanities centers.
