April Rucker is a versatile singer and performer whose career spans solo artistry, touring with acclaimed acts, and international stage experience. Based in Nashville, she blends country, pop, and soul influences to deliver dynamic live performances. Since releasing her solo album Here I Stand in 2009, she earned recognition including the Nashville Music Award for Urban Recording of the Year. She has expanded her repertoire as a backing vocalist for Eric Church since 2022 and has collaborated with artists such as Marcus King, KALEO, Wilder Woods, Nick Jonas, and Lalah Hathaway. Her international experience includes a stint with the BB King All-Stars on Holland America cruise ships (2014–2015). In 2020, she joined forces with Jackson for the single 2 Hearts, which reached No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart.
