Are You Local? first made waves on the Czech metal scene with intense, riff-driven hardcore. Their album We Are Legion debuted with a premiere at Rock Café Prague in December 2016, a milestone that underscored their growing national presence. The project has produced a string of releases under its own label AY L (Are You Local?), with later distribution through 4335541 Records DK in 2022. Their 2022 singles, including Corevan (featuring Czech collaborators), Restless (featuring Strictly Orange & Murphy no Cow), and Quiet please (featuring Strictly Orange & Murphy no Cow), showcase collaboration across the Czech music community and broaden their reach beyond their initial independent releases.
