Around The World In Song is a vibrant, multicultural musical celebration for children and families. Led by seasoned composer-performer Guy Mendilow, the ensemble blends Ladino, Balkan, Middle Eastern, and Western classical influences into engaging, accessible performances. From school matinees to festival appearances, this project brings global storytelling and infectious energy to venues across the United States.

With a mission to inspire curiosity about world cultures through music, Around The World In Song partners with schools, libraries, and cultural organizations to create interactive experiences—complete with workshops, sing-alongs, and cross-cultural exchanges. Upcoming 2025 engagements include school matinees, workshops, and festival appearances. Highlights include a performance at Page Hilltop Elementary in Ayer, MA on March 12, 2025; a WBUR Ideas Festival appearance in Boston on May 31, 2025; and an appearance at ICA Boston/Abundant Futures on November 10, 2025. In addition to live concerts, the ensemble continues to release new works in 2025 on Bandcamp under Arts for Social Cohesion / Guy Mendilow Ensemble.
