The Asheville Improv Festival (AIF) brings together top improvisers from around the country for four immersive nights of long-form, short-form, musical, and narrative improv in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Produced by Double Dip Productions, AIF combines dynamic performances with hands-on workshops, creating a vibrant hub for both performers and audiences. With venues spanning Asheville Music Hall, Asheville Masonic Temple, NC Stage Performance Space, and the YMI Cultural Center, the festival showcases a rotating lineup of headliners, rising teams, and interactive sessions designed to entertain and inspire.

About the producer: Asheville Improv Festival is produced by Double Dip Productions, a company known for curating high-energy, collaborative performance experiences. The 2025 edition featured 11 shows, 6 headliners, 11 workshops, and 40+ improv teams from across the United States, including notable headliners like 3Peat, Jill Bernard, Carla & Craig Cackowski, Jennifer Estlin, Hodgepodge, and Mick Napier. The 2026 edition is planned for May 6–9, with headliners such as Baby Wants Candy and Dan O’Connor and venues including Diana Wortham Center, NC Stage, and The Orange Peel.
