ASU Chamber Orchestra Tickets

The ASU Chamber Orchestra is a focused, high-caliber ensemble within the ASU Orchestras family, alongside the ASU Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia, and Studio Orchestra. Under the baton of conductor Alejandro Gómez Guillén, assistant professor of conducting and director of orchestras, the chamber group delivers intimate, chamber-music–level performances with a bold, modern edge. The ensemble rehearses regularly to prepare opportunities to perform repertoire spanning from classical masterworks to contemporary premieres.

Based at Arizona State University in the Phoenix metropolitan area, the ASU Chamber Orchestra contributes to the vibrant cultural life of Tempe and the broader Valley community. Rehearsals take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00–2:45 p.m. in Gammage 311, where musicians refine ensemble balance, phrasing, and stylistic nuance under Guillén’s thoughtful direction.
