People behind the production
The Atlanta Gay Men's Chorus (AGMC) is one of the world’s longest-running gay choruses and a cornerstone of the Southern LGBTQ arts scene. Founded in 1981, AGMC proudly became the first openly gay chorus in the U.S. South, building a legacy of musical excellence, advocacy, and community connection. The ensemble reimagined LGBTQ history in its 2019 summer concert, I See You: 50 Years After Stonewall, blending era-appropriate music with powerful storytelling to celebrate resilience and visibility.
