Austin School for the Performing & Visual Arts Spring Spectacular Tickets

Founded in 2006 as a public charity, the Austin School for the Performing & Visual Arts (ASPVA) offers comprehensive performing and visual arts programs to youth in the Austin area. Over the years, ASPVA has become a hub for young talent, connecting students with mentorship, performance opportunities, and real-world arts industry experiences. The Spring Spectacular showcases ASPVA’s dedication to nurturing creativity, discipline, and stagecraft in aspiring artists.

ASPVA’s impact extends beyond classrooms: from 2010 to 2022, the program produced eight National YoungArts winners, underscoring the organization’s commitment to excellence and opportunity in the arts. The school continues to expand its footprint with events like the Texas Youth Music Festival (TXYMF), launched in 2024, bringing together young performers for a weekend of competitions, showcases, and educational experiences.

The 2025 TX Youth Music Festival invites young musicians to compete, collaborate, and learn from industry judges. The festival runs October 3–5, 2025, and includes events such as Meet the Judges, Battle of the Bands, and Master Class/Jam Sessions. A prized prize includes a recording session at Orb Recording Studios, providing a real-world studio experience.
