Australia Plays Broadway Carnegie Hall is a landmark performance that merged Australian artistry with Broadway-scale production. Held on January 20, 2009, at Carnegie Hall's Rose Theater in New York City, this show was a centerpiece of G'DAY USA: Australia Week 2009 (January 11–24). Led by the iconic Olivia Newton-John, the concert gathered a diverse lineup and featured the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra in a 70-member ensemble, conducted by Arvo Volmer.
