Ballet Argentino Boccatango is a premier tango-infused neo-classical ballet production led by the renowned Julio Bocca. With six male dancers, two female dancers, an eight-piece live orchestra, and two vocalists, the 90-minute show blends athletic technique with passionate tango storytelling. Choreography by Ana Maria Stekelman roots the piece in contemporary ballet language while honoring traditional tango aesthetics. While Boccatango has deep ties to Argentina's vibrant ballet scene, the production has captivated audiences in the United States and beyond, delivering a vivid cultural experience for fans of both classical ballet and tango.
