Bands of America - Music (BOA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in high school marching band competitions. Born in 1975 as Marching Bands of America and later renamed Bands of America, BOA merged with Music for All in 2006, strengthening the mission to inspire and educate through performance. Since 2003, Yamaha has been a presenting partner and sponsor, underscoring BOA's role in shaping the marching arts landscape.

As the flagship event, the Grand National Championships unfold each fall in Indianapolis, drawing ensembles from across the country to Lucas Oil Stadium for a weekend of high-energy performances, precision marching, and community celebration. The 2025 Grand National Championships are scheduled for November 13–15. Future editions follow a November weekend pattern through 2028.
