Founded in 1964 by Baroness Batsheva de Rothschild with Martha Graham as artistic advisor, Batsheva has grown into a global beacon of contemporary dance. Since 1990, Ohad Naharin has led the company, developing the Gaga movement language that reshapes how audiences experience motion. Based at the Suzanne Dellal Centre in Tel Aviv, Batsheva is widely regarded as one of the world’s premier contemporary dance ensembles, blending innovative choreography with expressive performance to connect with diverse audiences.
