Three local big bands—Loudoun Jazz Ensemble, Swing Shift, and Franklin Park Big Band—take the stage in a lively swing-era to modern-arrangement program. It’s music education meets performance, with a nonprofit mission to promote jazz and support local musicians in Loudoun County, Virginia.
