Ben Burgess is a Texas-born country songwriter and performer whose work blends traditional storytelling with modern country energy. Born November 6, 1984 in Dallas, he cut his teeth in Nashville's songwriting scene and soon made a mark with major cuts including Morgan Wallen’s Whiskey Glasses during his time with Warner Chappell / Big Loud. Burgess released his debut artist album Tears the Size of Texas on Big Loud Records on September 30, 2022, and has continued to expand his catalog with self-produced projects and new singles. He opened for prominent acts like Koe Wetzel, Warren Zeiders, and Jelly Roll in 2022, and supported Larry Fleet and Kolby Cooper on 2023 tours. His 2024 release Hollywood Cowboy arrived October 11, 2024 via East of Dallas / Made Of Music, followed by the self-produced Burgess (Dec 2023). He made his Opry debut on February 21, 2023 and remains active in Nashville’s touring and songwriting circles.
