Formed around 2010 in Oklahoma by Jimbo “Big Train” Madsen and Mike “Pinebox” Lander, the group evolved into a tight quartet with Nathan Johns and Bill Cummins, crafting what they call Red Dirt Blues. Their sound fuses Mississippi Delta blues, Texas boogie, and Chicago electric blues with a red-dirt Oklahoma sensibility. In 2022, they signed with Atlas Star Records, marking a new chapter in their journey.
