Black Dice is a pioneering experimental act that has pushed the boundaries of rock, noise, and electronic music since the late 1990s. Formed in spring 1997 by Bjorn Copeland, Eric Copeland, and Aaron Warren, with early contributions from Sebastian Blanck and Hisham Bharoocha, the group has evolved from raw noise and hardcore roots into intricate psychedelic textures and musique concrète-inspired soundscapes. They’ve released music on labels such as DFA, Fat Cat, Paw Tracks, and Ribbon Music, cementing their place in indie and experimental scenes.
