Perle Noire has been recognized for trailblazing moments in burlesque history, including being the first Black headliner to tour with Dita Von Teese's Strip Strip Hooray. She earned multiple accolades from the Burlesque Hall of Fame (BHOF), including Best Debut (2008), 2nd Runner-Up Overall Performance (2009), and Most Dazzling Performer (2012). In 2025, she was honored with the BHOF 'Sassy Lassy' award during the BHOF Weekend, underscoring her enduring influence and stagecraft. While the Burlesque Hall of Fame museum announced a closure in July 2025, BHOF Weekender plans continued in some form, keeping fans connected to the burlesque community.
