Blindboy is a multifaceted Irish performer known for his candid storytelling, boundary-pushing comedy, and creative tackling of social topics. A former member of the Rubberbandits with Mr Chrome, Blindboy rose to prominence with the hit song Horse Outside and the album Serious About Men (2011) on Lovely Men Records. Beyond music, he hosts The Blindboy Podcast, launched in 2017 and described by The New York Times as a cultural phenomenon. He has earned an IFTA for Horse Outside (2011) and was long-listed for a BAFTA for Blindboy Undestroys the World with BBC Three. An autism diagnosis discussed in 2022 adds another layer to his insightful, inclusive work. He holds an MA in Social Practice and the Creative Environment (2015).
