Bluebird Improv is a Chicago-rooted collective of veteran improvisers known for fully improvised, audience-informed long-form performances. Originally formed as Dratch, Walsh & Friends, the group has featured notable members over the years including Rachel Dratch (SNL), Matt Walsh (Veep, UCB), Tim Meadows, Joe Canale, Brad Morris, and Marc Evan Jackson. Their shows are built on quick thinking and collaboration, delivering one-act formats where scenes emerge on the night from audience ideas. The ensemble remains a staple of the Chicago comedy scene while touring nationally, bringing the same energy and craft to venues across the country.
