Biography
Boise Ballet Academy was established in 2018 by Mads Eriksen and Sarah Stein, two devoted educators who envisioned a studio where rigorous technique meets accessible artistry. The academy earned recognition as an ABT Certified School in 2024, a distinction that marks adherence to the ABT National Training Curriculum and a commitment to ongoing professional development. This certification places Boise Ballet Academy among the elite ballet programs in the region, signaling consistency in pedagogy, safety, and performance quality.
Beyond classical ballet, the school offers Gyrotonic® methods to complement technique with mobility, core strength, and turnout flexibility. This combination supports dancers in achieving balanced development and longevity in a demanding art form.
