Booty Rex Pride Party is a genre-fluid, queer-focused dance experience anchored in Washington, DC. Bringing together the Anthology of Booty and She Rex crews, this collective features key DC figures such as Kristy la rAt, Natty Boom, Junebullet, MOTHERSHIESTER, Wannabe, Bent, and C.RUSH. Known for high-energy performances that fuse house and techno with hip-hop, reggaeton, and other styles, Booty Rex often includes live percussion and go-go elements that elevate the party vibe. It’s long been celebrated as a cornerstone of DC’s Pride scene, with notable coverage from major outlets and institutions, including World Pride features in The Washington Post and documentation by Smithsonian and local DC press.
