Bradley H. Welch has established himself as a leading figure in American organ music. As the Resident Organist and Lay Family Chair with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, he performs a pivotal role in commissioning, programming, and presenting organ works that resonate with diverse audiences. In addition to his Dallas commitments, Welch curates the Meyerson’s Lay Family Concert Organ series, spotlighting exceptional repertoire and collaborations that showcase the instrument’s breadth and expressive potential.
His early recognition came from the Dallas International Organ Competition, where he captured First Prize in 2003 and the Audience Prize (also won in 2000). These achievements helped launch a dynamic international performing and recording career grounded in technical mastery and engaging communication with listeners.
