As The Broken West, they released I Can't Go On, I'll Go On (2007) and Now or Heaven (2008) on Merge Records. After the band’s split in 2009, Ross Flournoy launched Apex Manor, releasing The Year of Magical Drinking (2011) and Heartbreak City (2019).
