Brother Lynch Hung, born Kevin Danell Mann in Sacramento, California, is a foundational figure in horrorcore and the creator of the Rip-gut subgenre. Since debuting with the EP 24 Deep in 1993 and breaking through with Season of da Siccness in 1995, Lynch has built an underground legacy through a series of influential releases and collaborations. He has released music across major indie labels and his own imprints, including Black Market, Siccmade/Madesicc, Strange Music, and RBC/BMG affiliations. His 2024 studio album Season of da Siccness 2: Kevlar continues his tradition of dark, cinematic storytelling paired with hard-hitting production.
