BYU Contemporary Dance Theatre (CDT) is BYU's premier contemporary dance troupe, founded in 1975 as The Dancers’ Company. As a repertory-based company, CDT collaborates with faculty and guest choreographers to create works that reflect current aesthetics, demanding rigorous daily practice and close collaboration. The troupe has toured extensively worldwide, bringing BYU’s distinctive movement language to audiences around the globe.
