The mission focuses on empowering underserved youth and promoting arts education through dance, bringing together dancers of all ages for workshops, masterclasses, pop-ups, and a culminating main event in Sacramento. The festival spotlights community, creativity, and education—creating pathways for young dancers to pursue their passions with professional guidance and access to high-quality performance opportunities.

In 2025, the event returns to California with a three-day lineup in Sacramento from June 12–14, featuring a rich slate of workshops, open classes, and performances, culminating in the main concert on June 14 at Calvary Christian Center, 2667 Del Paso Blvd, Sacramento, CA 958. The festival wraps a regional celebration around a central, high-energy showcase that highlights diverse dance styles and talents from across the state.

Notable leader profile: Tamaira Sandifer has been recognized as a Forbes 50 Culture Champion, earned the Gold Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year, and was named a 2024 LA Times Inspirational Women Leadership Award honoree.
