Camp Jitterbug is Seattle’s iconic Jazz & Swing Dance Festival, devoted to Lindy Hop, Balboa, and other vernacular jazz dances. Founded around 2000 by Tonya Morris, the festival began as Jitterbug Weekend and evolved into Camp Jitterbug, becoming a staple on Seattle’s dance calendar. In 2025, the festival celebrated its 25th anniversary with a lineup that captured the spirit of classic dance culture while embracing new generations of dancers and musicians.
