The Camels earned their first Big South Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2021, after defeating High Point in the conference final and earning an automatic bid to Lincoln to face Nebraska. In 2022, Campbell captured its first Big South regular-season title with 14 conference wins, and Greg Goral was named Big South Coach of the Year. Campbell joined the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) in 2023, posting a 17-13 overall record and a 13-5 league mark in their first CAA season. The 2025 schedule includes 11 non-conference matches and a 16-match CAA slate, with early-season games at Gore Arena and events like the Fairfield Inn Dunn Campbell Invitational.
