Carolina Bianch is a Brazilian-born theatre and performance artist whose practice operates at the intersection of theatre, performance, and crisis-oriented perspective. Born in Porto Alegre and based in Europe since 2020, she directs the São Paulo-based collective Cara de Cavalo. Her work engages with social and political tension, exploring bodies, power, and collective memory through a dynamic, multidisciplinary lens.

Cadela Força Chapter I: The Bride and the Goodnight Cinderella premiered at the Avignon Festival in 2023, while Chapter II premiered in 2025 at Kunstenfestivaldesarts (Brussels) and subsequently toured Europe, including a May 2025 engagement at ITA, Amsterdam. Her practice has earned notable recognition, including a Silver Lion for Dance at the 2025 Venice Biennale and a 2023/24 Best Foreign Premiere award in France for Cadela Força Chapter I. In 2024, she received a Theo d’Or nomination for most groundbreaking stage performance. A current highlight is the 2025 The Brotherhood engagement at Internationaal Theater Amsterdam (Grote Zaal) in Amsterdam, May 9–12, 2025.
