Carolina Dance Productions is a cornerstone of the Clayton, North Carolina arts community. Founded in 2003 by Lori Dew, this vibrant dance organization offers 16 distinct dance styles—from tap and jazz to ballet, contemporary, and musical theatre—along with a Competitive Company that keenly trains and competes regionally and nationally. Our performers bring technical precision, expressive storytelling, and a collaborative spirit to every stage, whether in training studios, community events, or competitive performances.

With a strong emphasis on artistry, discipline, and community involvement, Carolina Dance Productions nurtures dancers of all levels, guiding them to grow as artists and teammates. The company’s 23rd season begins September 2, 2025, marking another year of the high-energy shows and precision choreography audiences have come to expect from this Clayton staple.

Beyond the studio, the company participates in community celebrations such as the Clayton Christmas Parade on December 13, 2025, continuing a tradition of bringing dance and joy to local streets.
