Ceci Bastida emerged from the Mexican-American music scene as a key figure in the Latin punk lineage. Joining Tijuana No! at age 15 as a keyboardist and vocalist, she helped shape a sound that fuses raw punk with bilingual storytelling. Her solo path has produced critically recognized work that explores identity, politics, and resilience, earning a Latin Grammy nomination for Veo La Marea in 2010.
