Celebrating The Eternal City is a concert program inspired by Respighi’s iconic Roman Trilogy—Fontane di Roma, Pines of Rome, and Feste Romane—performed as a single immersive experience. While not a standalone recording artist, this program has been presented by the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) under conductors associated with the project, delivering a cohesive tribute to Rome’s musical landscape. The most recent full performances took place at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall in Washington, DC, October 5–7, 2023. For fans of orchestral masterpieces and evocative programmatic works, this concert offers a distinctive, location-rich experience that captures the grandeur of Rome through sound.
