Hailing from Melbourne, Ceres has been a defining voice in Australian indie rock and indie pop since their formation in 2012. With emotionally direct songwriting and a knack for melodic hooks, the band released their debut album I Don't Want to Be Anywhere But Here in 2014 and followed with Drag It Down on You (2016) and We Are a Team (2019). After reuniting in 2024, Ceres issued the expansive double album Magic Mountain (1996—2022) on October 4, 2024, showcasing 25 tracks that traverse intimate ballads to expansive rock anthems.
