Biography
Born in Manabí, Ecuador, Cesar Andres Parreno refined his voice with a focus on Latin American musical traditions. A Juilliard graduate, he brings a scholarly yet expressive approach to intimate recital settings, from lyric song cycles to tango-inflected narratives. His collaborations with NYFOS began in 2020, marking him as a rising ambassador of Latin American art song on the New York stage.
