The Chamber Orchestra of Europe (COE) brings together approximately 60 top musicians from across Europe, delivering unified, expressive performances without a resident conductor. Founded in 1981, COE operates as a private charity and holds prestigious residencies at Schloss Esterházy in Eisenstadt (since 2022) and the Casals Forum in Kronberg (since 2022). The COE Academy, established in 2009, supports the development of young artists and collaborators across Europe. With a discography exceeding 250 releases and a string of major awards, COE continues to set standards in contemporary and classical repertoire.
