Charles Glenn is a storied voice in American jazz and gospel, and a familiar name to St. Louis music lovers. For 19 seasons, he sang the national anthem at St. Louis Blues games, a tradition he upheld with warmth and artistry before retiring after the 2019 season. An Emmy Award-winning performer, Glenn has opened for legends like Smokey Robinson, Huey Lewis & the News, and the Allman Brothers, and he has performed with The Fifth Dimension. Beyond the stage, he leads gospel workshops in Germany and remains deeply involved with St. Louis arts organizations.
