The Charleston Symphony Orchestra (CSO) is South Carolina’s largest resident orchestra, delivering eight Masterworks and four Pops concerts each season at the Gaillard Center in downtown Charleston. Beyond the concert hall, CSO is deeply committed to education through the Charleston Symphony Youth Orchestra (CSYO) and a broad education program that engages students of all ages. The CSO recently marked a historic Carnegie Hall debut during the 2024–25 season as part of a joint performance with the College of Charleston Orchestra and CSYO on February 26, 2025.
