Chih-Yi Chen is a distinguished Taiwanese-American pianist and longtime collaborative artist at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. Serving on the faculty since 2003 and later as Associate Chair of the Chamber & Collaborative Music Department, Chen has built a career centered on insightful partnership with leading violinists and chamber ensembles. Her work emphasizes collaborative performance, teaching excellence, and the cultivation of musical relationships across generations of musicians.
