The Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit society formed in August 1999 by John van Liempt and Paula DeWit. With a 25-piece ensemble and a dedicated chorus, CSO delivers a diverse program spanning Classical, Light Classical, Popular, Broadway, and Jazz. The ensemble collaborates with Cantare Super Orchestram (Early Music) and Belle Voci to expand its artistic reach. Based in the Lower Mainland, CSO brings high-quality live music to communities across British Columbia, from the Chilliwack Cultural Centre to venues in Aldergrove, Surrey, Vancouver, and beyond.
