City Hearts Festival is a pioneering performer and experiential concept from Desert Hearts, rooted in Los Angeles’ vibrant electronic music scene. Originating in 2017 as Desert Hearts Presents: City Hearts Festival in Downtown LA, this project blends house and techno with immersive art, healing spaces, and creative installations. A portion of ticket sales supported community efforts through the Helping Hearts initiative with donations to the Downtown LA Mission. The festival expanded to a two-day affair in 2019, bringing an eclectic lineup to El Pueblo Historical Monument/Father Serra Park, featuring acts like Tiga, Patrick Topping, Doc Martin, J.Phlip, Kate Simko, Rinzen, and more. While recent years reference City Hearts in historical coverage, the now-familiar City Hearts concept continues to influence Desert Hearts’ broader artistic direction. This page highlights the City Hearts performer profile, offering a concise biography, discography highlights, and notes on past and potential future tour activity.
